TASSOTTI design
Between 1657 and 1861, Bassano becomes famous all
over the world thanks to the impressive publishing activity
of the Remondini company. The fall of the Republic
of Venice ushered in the decline of the Remondini
company in 1861. In 1957, Giorgio Tassotti in Bassano resumes
the old activity of the Remondini company and
offers again handmade colour prints.
Today Grafiche Tassotti is a family business with its headquarters
in Bassano del Grappa and its own production
plant. All the articles in the Tassotti catalogue - from coloured
paper and wrapping paper to art prints and Cartascrittura
paper articles, greeting cards and precious
numbered editions - are produced entirely within the
same factory.
